Due to the collectible and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.
Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
You received the wrong sealed product (verified via unboxing proof video).
The item arrived damaged before opening (must provide an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery).
In such cases, please contact us at support@holovaultindia.com within 24 hours of delivery.
